We at the Montpelier love a drink. We have put together years of experience, visited breweries, vineyards and distilleries to get together a super choice of drinks for you and us to enjoy.
With ales making a fantastic comeback in recent times we know that a good choice of fine, well kept ales is integral to a great pub. We are big, long time supporters of local breweries such as Sambrooks of Battersea and Meantime of Greenwich and have on other tasty ales such as Cornish Tribute.
Also on draught, we like our apples in a glass and always have on at least three ciders.
For spirits we favor smaller independent producers such as Haymans Gin (Kennington), Goslings Rum and Four Roses Bourbon over the well known big brands.
Wines we take seriously too. We specialise in organic old world wines. We have made trips to visit some of the vineyards that produce the wine we sell. We believe that with such fantastic wine on our doorstep we should be happy not to ship wines from the other side of the world.
Our Organic Coffee is brought to you from Monmouth Coffee, Borough Market and is quite delicious.
